My first taste of the construction "business" was helping my father, an architect, design and build our family home on a challenging hillside setting in Sausalito. I proceeded to put myself through college by rehabbing numerous family investment properties. And after graduating from San Francisco State University, I threw myself into several entreprenurial ventures including real estate investement and residential mortgage lending. I also founded the original Javacat Coffee at Geary and 20th Ave.

Realizing that my true calling was always for building, I joined forces with my life long friend Lawrence Sweeny and founded Solstice Enterprises, Inc.  Together, we have built one of the premier high-demand construction firms in the SF Bay Area. Over the past twenty years and hundreds of projects we have developed the patience and the experience to solve even the most complex construction challenges.

My favorite part of this business is restoring properties into beautiful and functional homes that families can use and enjoy for many years.

As a San Francisco resident, I am passionate about all our great local sports teams, and I love exploring the many trails near our home at Lands End with my wife and daughter.
